Position Overview

Factory Direct Marine & RV is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic dealership team. This key position focuses on structuring financing deals for boat and RV purchases, maximizing aftermarket product sales, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine or RV dealership finance and insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure and secure competitive financing for boat and RV purchases
• Present and sell after-market products including extended warranties, gap insurance, and protection packages
• Work with multiple lenders to obtain optimal financing approvals for customers
• Prepare, review, and finalize all finance contracts and supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state lending regulations and dealership policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and finance partners
• Calculate and present multiple payment scenarios to customers
• Meet or exceed monthly finance and insurance penetration goals
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth delivery process
• Process deal funding and maintain accurate records in dealership management system
• Monitor industry trends and competitive finance offerings
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive, marine, or RV dealership finance
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding F&I sales targets
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
• Excellent sales and presentation skills with ability to build rapport quickly
• Proficiency with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) and F&I software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple deals simultaneously
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance or business preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in marine or RV dealership finance
• F&I certifications (e.g., AFIP, NIADA certification)
• Knowledge of boat and RV products and terminology
• Established relationships with marine/RV lenders
• Experience with extended warranty and aftermarket product programs
