WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be trained to:

• Run daily store operations
• Lead shifts and coach team members
• Manage inventory, food cost, and cash controls
• Deliver top-tier customer service
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness
• Support hiring, training, and scheduling
• Drive sales and profitability

You won’t be thrown in — we train you step by step.
