Business Implementation & Support Specialist
Location: Hybrid (Saddle Brook, NJ) with occasional travel

Azureon is seeking a Business Implementation & Support Specialist to support software implementations, user training, system administration, and operational excellence across our growing portfolio of home service brands.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in software implementation, business systems support, operations, or field service management platforms who enjoys training users, solving problems, and driving technology adoption.
What You'll Do
- Lead onboarding and implementation activities for new and existing brands
- Train dispatchers, technicians, office staff, and managers on company platforms and processes
- Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and process documentation
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for business systems and technology platforms
- Configure users, permissions, workflows, forms, and operational settings
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business performance
- Partner with leadership to improve processes and increase platform adoption
- Support software rollouts, upgrades, and operational technology initiatives
Qualifications Required
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, business systems support, or operations
- Experience training and supporting end users
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
Preferred
- Experience with ServiceTitan (strongly preferred)
- Experience with field service management, ERP, or CRM platforms
- Background in home services, including pool, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industries
- Experience in multi-location or multi-brand organizations

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
