Job Opportunity: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Beyond The Spectrum ABA Therapy (BTS) – Alpharetta, GA
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a BCBA who is clinically strong, collaborative, organized, and passionate about helping children achieve meaningful outcomes.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys both the science and the human side of ABA. You are comfortable building relationships with families, mentoring RBTs, collaborating with colleagues, and making data-driven clinical decisions that improve quality of life for the children you serve.
You are not simply looking for another BCBA position. You are looking for an organization where your clinical judgment is respected, your professional growth is supported, and your work has a direct impact on the development of a growing clinical program.
You may be an experienced BCBA seeking a long-term professional home, or a newer BCBA looking for strong mentorship, guidance, and opportunities to continue developing your clinical and leadership skills.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
Successful BCBAs at BTS are clinicians who:
Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and families
Provide high-quality supervision and mentorship to RBTs
Demonstrate strong clinical decision-making and ethical practice
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Use data to drive treatment recommendations and client progress
Collaborate effectively with fellow clinicians and support staff
Contribute positively to a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork
Remain committed to continuous learning and professional growth
Why BCBAs Enjoy Working at BTS
We recognize that many BCBAs spend too much time dealing with administrative burdens, lack of resources, staffing challenges, and environments that make clinical excellence difficult to achieve.
Our goal is different.
We strive to create an environment where clinicians have the support, resources, leadership, and infrastructure necessary to focus on what matters most: providing excellent care and achieving meaningful outcomes for children and families.
At BTS, we believe that when clinicians are supported, clients thrive.
Clinical Support Structure
Our clinical team operates within a collaborative support model.
You will work alongside experienced leadership, including our Clinical Director, while receiving support from our Director of Operations, Office Manager, and Center Administrator. This structure allows clinicians to focus on assessment, treatment planning, supervision, parent collaboration, and quality clinical care rather than becoming overwhelmed by non-clinical administrative responsibilities.
Whether you are seeking stability, mentorship, leadership development, or long-term career growth, BTS offers an environment where you can build a meaningful and rewarding career.
In addition, BTS is exceptionally well-equipped with clinical tools, tools, learning materials, and therapy resources to support strong engagement and effective skill-building. Our center is intentionally equipped so that the resources and tools you need are readily available and at your fingertips.
This helps make programming, client engagement, and supervision more efficient, less challenging, and less stressful. You will not have to spend unnecessary time scrambling for materials, activities, or resources, which can be common challenges in ABA centers that are trying to make do without the right tools and supports.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and data collection
Participate in ongoing training, CEU activities, and professional development
Qualifications
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Experience working with children with autism preferred
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices
Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
