BRIDGE For Community Life collaborates with school, county and community agencies in providing lifelong learning opportunities for youth and others with disabilities. Job Overview
LOCATION: ON SITE- HUDSON, WISCONSIN
Duration: 6 Months from date of hire (482 total hours, 15-18 hours a week)
BRIDGE is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and self-motivated intern to support improvements in data collection and community outreach. In this role, you will help organize and analyze information, strengthen stakeholder engagement efforts, and support data-informed decision-making across the organization in the following areas:
Duties
· Data collection
· Volunteer and donor segmentation
· Fundraising, membership, volunteer and marketing support
During this 6-month internship, you will help BRIDGE strengthen its systems and engagement strategies. You will apply your coursework to real-world projects that support philanthropic outreach, community engagement, and stakeholder relationship development.
Required Qualifications
· Strong organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Highly proficient in spreadsheet and office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Docs/Sheets.
· Experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to track, calculate, and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Ability to perform detailed quality checks to ensure accurate data entry in client relationship management systems.
· Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Desired qualifications
· Knowledge of client relationship management (CRM) systems and the ability to evaluate options that may fit the needs of BRIDGE.
· Experience with marketing performance tracking, outreach strategies, and content or material development.
· Proven interest in nonprofit, community-based, or mission-driven work.
