Each store is fully equipped to handle all of your parts, in-house service, and mobile service needs in addition to sales of new and used equipment.

As a Service Manager you will have the following responsibilities:

• Ability to manage people in a professional manner and maintain efficiency in the service department.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Provide excellent customer service. We want you to be the “go to” person who knows how to quickly find the right part for every job.
• Face to face and on the phone communication with customers maintaining a respectful and positive attitude
• Provide effective communication to customers regarding their service needs
• Assist our service technicians in obtaining parts for their jobs
• Work closely with customers to obtain necessary authorization and documentation relating to their parts orders.
• Complete invoicing and collecting procedures in a timely manner
• Assist in maintaining all department tools, equipment and department clean and orderly
• Follow up call with customers regarding any parts specials
• Adapting to more responsibilities as they present themselves
• Actively solicit work for the Service Department

Rate of Pay is dependent on experience.
