Multi-location Boat Dealership is seeking an experienced and motivated General Store Manager. Marine industry experience is preferred, however comparable Auto Dealership Manager experience is also acceptable.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all departments including sales, service, and parts
• Increase profitability in all departments
• Remain accountable for profit and loss statements
• Sell units as a primary responsibility on the standard sales program
• Train Sales Managers and Associates on dealership policies and procedures, and general Marine product knowledge
• Ensure all staff follows the proper procedures
• Recruit and train new sales or service staff
• Maintain appearance of showroom, lot, and all units
• Inform management of customer feedback about products and services
• Ensure that all necessary documents are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Complete other duties and tasks as required

Job Requirements

• Ability and desire to work in a fun, fast-paced environment
• 2+ years of Management experience in a Dealership atmosphere preferred
• Knowledge of ACV and Finance
• Ability to train and lead employees
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Able to handle/diffuse customer complaints
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with customer

Schedule:

• 8+ hour shift
• Monday to Saturday

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Education:

• High school or higher (Preferred)

Experience:

• Supervising Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 5 years (Preferred)
