Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in providing exceptional care services. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of operations management within the healthcare sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our mission to deliver high-quality home care, long-term care, and dementia care is met with excellence and compassion.

Duties

• Oversee the overall operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Manage financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure sustainability.
• Lead and supervise staff across various departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Engage with stakeholders, including clients, families, and community partners, to promote services and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained in all programs related to home care, long-term care, and dementia care.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement necessary changes to improve service quality.
• Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills in social work and caregiving.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare or social services sector.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and operational oversight.
• Knowledge of best practices in dementia care and long-term care services.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.
• Experience supervising staff in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• A degree in healthcare administration, social work, or a related field is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Current Tennessee Nursing Home Administrator license required, or eligibility to obtain Tennessee licensure within the required timeframe.

· LTC/SNF experience
