We’re Hiring: Financial Advisor — Southern Maine Market

Position: Full-Time | Producing Financial Advisor

At Gosline Retirement Planning (GRP), we help hardworking people retire with confidence. As a growing fiduciary firm with a strong reputation for personalized service, we’re looking for a Financial Advisor to join our team and lead growth in the Southern Maine market.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated advisor who wants to make a difference — while working in a collaborative, client-focused environment that values both performance and culture. At GRP, we free you up to focus on what you do best — meeting with prospects and serving clients — while our in-house team handles the heavy lifting of marketing, lead generation, and administrative support, so you can spend more time building relationships and growing your book of business.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and grow a book of business in the Southern Maine area through prospecting, networking, referrals, and leveraging GRP’s proven marketing resources — including our in-house, proven lead generation system from our marketing team.
• Guide clients through our 5 Checkpoints of Retirement™ planning process to deliver confidence and clarity about their financial future.
• Deliver personalized financial plans and investment recommendations as a fiduciary advisor.
• Nurture long-term client relationships built on trust, transparency, and results.
• Represent GRP at seminars, client events, and in the local community.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Financial Advisor (Series 65/66 or equivalent; CFP® preferred but not required, Life & Health Insurance License).
• 2+ years of advisory or financial services experience preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to build and retain client relationships.
• Knowledge of retirement planning, investments, and tax-efficient strategies.
• A team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to connect with clients and explain complex topics clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
