And we need a Marketing Manager who can architect, execute, measure, and optimize the entire marketing engine.

+This is not a coordinator role.

+This is not a “manage our Instagram” role.

+This is not a babysit-the-agency role.

This is a build-the-machine-and-own-the-results role.

You will report directly to the President and have meaningful decision-making autonomy.

You’ll Own. . .

Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with aggressive growth goals
• Lead brand positioning across multiple divisions and communities
• Set annual marketing goals, KPIs, and budget allocation
• Identify growth opportunities before competitors do

Digital Advertising & Lead Generation

• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid channels
• Improve cost per lead and conversion rates
• Oversee SEO and website performance
• Build and refine CRM-driven lead nurturing systems
• Track performance and report real ROI — not vanity metrics

Content & Social Media

• Lead content strategy across social, web, email, and video
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Coordinate photography, videography, and visual assets
• Drive engagement and reputation management

Events & Community Engagement

• Plan and execute home shows, grand openings, open houses, and community events
• Build partnerships and sponsorships
• Turn events into measurable lead engines

Vendor & Budget Management

• Manage agencies and contractors
• Negotiate placements and sponsorships
• Ensure performance and accountability
• Own marketing budget efficiency

Build the Marketing Machine

• Create processes and systems that scale
• Improve reporting, tracking, and forecasting
• Continuously optimize everything

You won’t be “supporting marketing.” You are the marketing department.

[Qualifications]

• 5+ years in marketing management, brand strategy, digital marketing, or related experience
• Strong digital advertising experience, including Google, Meta, and analytics platforms
• Deep comfort with data and performance metrics
• Ability to manage multiple projects without chaos
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• High ownership mentality
• Strong organization and follow-through

• Residential construction, homebuilding, or real estate experience
• CRM and marketing automation experience
• SEO and website management experience
• Event planning background
• Graphic design, photography, video, or content creation skills
• Experience managing outside agencies or marketing vendors

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
