We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team at our esteemed hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all front desk activities, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to enhance their performance and service delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest services and improve overall guest satisfaction.

Experience

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management with a focus on front desk operations.
• Previous experience in customer service roles within the hospitality industry is essential.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and phone etiquette.
