About the Role
Pro Outdoor is seeking an experienced Regional General Manager to lead the operational performance, growth, and profitability of our St. Louis Region. Based in Lake St. Louis and overseeing operations in Sunset Hills, this role carries responsibility for regional financial performance, team development, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives.
This role is responsible for leading a multi-location home services and field service business with full accountability for financial performance, operational execution, customer experience, team development, and long-term market growth. The Regional General Manager will partner closely with executive leadership to scale the region and drive significant business expansion over the next several years.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading home services, field service, or other service-based operations, developing high-performing teams, and delivering measurable business results. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving accountability, building culture, and scaling operations across the region.

What You'll Do
- Own regional P&L performance with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, EBITDA results, forecasting, and cost management
- Lead a multi-location home services operation while driving strategic growth and market expansion
- Develop and execute plans to support significant regional growth objectives over the next 2–5 years
- Partner with executive leadership on acquisition integration, expansion opportunities, and long-term business planning
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and operational metrics to achieve business goals
- Utilize forecasting and capacity planning to ensure teams are properly staffed and equipped
- Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives
- Lead daily operations across field services, customer support, administration, and operations teams
- Ensure high-quality execution of irrigation, outdoor lighting, drainage, and related services
- Implement and maintain operational standards, SOPs, and best practices
- Support change management initiatives and operational scalability
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members
- Establish clear expectations, goals, and KPIs for managers and teams
- Coach leaders and supervisors to drive accountability and results
- Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, safety, and professional growth
- Support employee onboarding, training, development, and retention initiatives
- Maintain strong customer relationships and address escalated concerns when needed
- Support market expansion and identify opportunities for continued growth throughout the region
- Promote company culture, vision, and safety initiatives through leadership and example
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations
- Lead safety initiatives and maintain a safe work environment across all locations

Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience overseeing a service-based, field service, route-based, or recurring revenue business
- Proven experience managing P&L responsibility and delivering financial results
- Strong understanding of operational efficiency, performance metrics, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Experience leading a business unit, market, region, or division with full operational and financial accountability
- Experience leading operations within home services, route-based, field service, landscaping, irrigation, HVAC, plumbing, pest control, lawn care, or similar service organizations.
- Demonstrated success driving profitable growth and scaling service operations
- Experience leading multiple departments and developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to drive accountability while maintaining a positive team culture
- Valid driver's license

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Experience leading a service operation with annual revenue of $10M+ preferred
- Irrigation industry knowledge

Schedule & Location
- Monday through Friday, standard business hours
- Based in Lake St. Louis, MO
- Responsible for operations across the St. Louis Region
- Regular travel between Lake St. Louis and Sunset Hills locations using a company-provided vehicle
- Up to 20% travel as needed to support operations, customers, and company initiatives
