Summary
Manages all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion.

Education and/or Experience
Master’s degree (M. A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write complex correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet software, information systems tools, and inventory software.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The use of a respirator may be necessary in certain circumstances. Workdays may vary in length from 10 to 16 hours per day contingent on weekly fatigue limits.
