We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to support our manufacturing and facility operations by ensuring the reliable performance of refrigeration and cooling systems critical to production, safety, and uptime.

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and system reliability in industrial and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair industrial and commercial refrigeration systems
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards
• Diagnose refrigeration system issues and complete timely, effective repairs
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Maintain accurate service, maintenance, and compliance records
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, engineers, and outside contractors as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
