You will work in a fast-paced, lease-up environment, supporting new and existing properties through hands-on maintenance, collaboration with a small on-site team, and consistent delivery of excellent resident service.

Work Environment
You will work across a mix of brand-new and established residential properties, including large multi-unit communities and unique campus-based facilities. The work takes place both inside and outside, ranging from unit interiors, common areas, and mechanical rooms to building exteriors and grounds. You will be part of small, on-site teams that typically include maintenance technicians, leasing staff, and porters in a fast-paced, lease-up setting where quick tenant onboarding and unit readiness are priorities. The role involves hands-on use of your own hand tools, with larger tools provided on site, and may include working with systems such as HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and boiler/chiller equipment. You will follow structured training and procedures, use property management or work order systems to manage tasks, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule that may include occasional weekend coverage as needed.
