Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various residential HVAC Systems: Boilers, Furnaces, Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, Ductless, Air Purification, and Humidifiers
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (residential and/or light commercial)
• Perform breakdown repairs
• Establish customer rapport and educate customers on products and services.
• Discuss and assist in determining repair and replacement options with clients for their heating and cooling needs.
• Adhering to safety protocols and industry standards for all service and repair activities.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of residential HVAC experience (EPA & NATE Certification is plus).
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Must have and maintain hand tools of the trade
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• EPA Universal
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• High-level knowledge of installation-related issues
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through ability.
• Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a positive attitude.
• Commute to Old Bridge, NJ office for training and weekly department meetings.
