Your Mission
We are looking for a Business Analyst with some Project Delivery Management experience to join the Content Supply Chain delivery team and provide immediate, flexible support across a portfolio of highpriority workstreams. This role is intentionally broad: the right candidate will be able to pivot between strategic delivery management and detailed business analysis depending on where capacity is needed. In the near term, this person will play a key role helping capture current-state processes, document requirements, and ensure continuity as ways of working evolve. They will also be embedded into some Adobe delivery activities to provide project management support, and will contribute to delivery status reporting, governance administration, and stakeholder communications for the broader Content Supply Chain programme. The ideal candidate brings a calm, organised delivery mindset, is comfortable operating in ambiguity, and can add value from day one across both PM and BA tracks.
What You’ll Do
- Delivery & Programme Management: Able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams; tracks milestones, risks, and dependencies with rigour and transparency
- Business Analysis: Translates business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process documentation; comfortable facilitating workshops and discovery sessions
- Platform Transition Support: Experience supporting technology or operating model transitions; able to document current-state and support change readiness activities
- Stakeholder Communication: Clear, structured communicator; able to produce executive-ready status updates, meeting notes, and programme dashboards
- Agile & Waterfall Fluency: Comfortable operating in hybrid delivery environments; adapts methodology to fit the workstream and team context
- Adaptability: Thrives in fast-moving environments; comfortable with shifting priorities and cross-functional collaboration across time zones
1. Platform Transitions
- Support cross team handoffs/transition by documenting current-state workflows, roles, and processes
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to capture business needs within the context of target platform capabilities
- Partner with platform leads and business stakeholders to identify gaps, dependencies, and transition risks
- Develop and maintain transition artefacts including process maps, decision logs, and readiness trackers
- Ensure continuity of knowledge and ways of working as the team evolves to new platform operating model
2. Delivery Lead / Project Management
- Provide Delivery lead support on teams as needed including intake management, project setup, and milestone tracking
- Maintain accurate project status, resource assignments, and delivery timelines within Workfront
- Liaise with Digital team and business
- Identify and flag risks, blockers, and dependencies across active projects
3. Business Analysis & Requirements
- Lead or support requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders across Content Supply Chain workstreams
- Produce clear, well-structured business requirements documents (BRDs), process flow diagrams, and user stories
- Maintain and groom backlogs in Jira in collaboration with delivery leads and product owners
- Support gap analysis between current-state processes and target platform capabilities
- Define acceptance criteria and support UAT coordination for delivered solutions
What You Bring
- 4–7 years of experience in Business Analyst role, with some Project Manager/Delivery lead experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting platform or operating model transitions — capturing current-state, facilitating change, and ensuring delivery continuity
- Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process documentation, user story writing, and stakeholder facilitation
- Proficiency with Jira for backlog management, story writing, and sprint tracking
- Experience producing executive-ready status reports, governance packs, and programme dashboards
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery; comfortable in hybrid delivery environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging for business and technical audiences
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience working in nearshore or remote delivery models with EST timezone collaboration
- Experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated industry environments
- Familiarity with GCMA, MLR review processes, or content lifecycle management
- Experience with Veeva Vault, Adobe AEM, or DAM/PIM platforms
- Knowledge of content supply chain or omnichannel marketing technology ecosystems
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools (Claude, Copilot, or equivalent) as active work aids
- Confluence or equivalent knowledge management tool proficiency
