Job Summary:

As a Social Worker (LCSW-C) or Mental Health Counselor (LCPC), you will be an integral part of our all women youth centers, delivering expert social work services to patients and their families. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will address the behavioral health needs of individuals facing challenges. This role provides a unique chance to make a positive impact. A Maryland License is required.

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday 10am-6:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Previous work experience with adolescents is required.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to addressing the behavioral health needs of youth and their families.
• Conduct thorough behavioral health assessments to identify patients' strengths, needs, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and counseling to individuals, families, and groups to support their emotional and psychological well-being.
• Advocate for patients' rights and coordinate with external agencies to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
• Collaborate with the team and other healthcare professionals to integrate social work perspectives into the overall treatment plan.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies or acute situations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) in Maryland
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with youth and adults.
• Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Pay: From $145,600.00 per year
