Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic office team. Duties
Enter, update, and maintain data records using computer systems such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized software like QuickBooks.
Verify accuracy of data by proofreading entries and cross-referencing documents to prevent errors.
Manage filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer support.
Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and answering inquiries.
Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.
Perform general clerical duties including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents to support daily operations.
Experience
Prior experience in office administration or clerical roles is preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
Experience with data entry tasks involving high accuracy and attention to detail.
Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment.

Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
