Job Description:

We're looking for a proactive, client-savvy Part-Time Account Manager to support the growth and delivery of our workshops and group coaching programs. This role sits at the intersection of client relationship management, sales, operations, and program administration. You will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience from onboarding through renewal. This is a remote, part-time position designed for someone who thrives in a relationship-first environment and brings the professional polish to match our law firm clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the client relationship for the workshop and group coaching program accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for attorneys and senior-level business professionals at law firms.
• Manage the full client lifecycle - onboarding, supporting delivery, ensuring ongoing engagement, renewals, and expansion conversations.
• Drive engagement with clients and renewals, including pipeline tracking, outreach, and close.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support, ensuring program delivery, smooth operations, and a high-quality client experience.
• Maintain accurate records in monday.com and Hubspot, including client profiles, task tracking, and project timelines.
• Build and refine workflows, SOPs, and internal processes to support program scalability. Comfort with AI tools.
• Draft and manage client-facing communications, program summaries, and follow-up documentation.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and deliverables across internal team members and external clients.
• Support leadership with reporting and ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Legal Background: Prior experience working at or with a law firm - vendor, legal operations, business development, client services, or similar.
• Client-Facing Presence: Proven ability to communicate confidently and professionally with attorneys and senior stakeholders.
• Account Management Experience: Experience in account management, client success, or sales support with a track record of managing renewals and client relationships.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with monday.com or comparable project management and CRM tools.
• Process Oriented: Experience building or documenting SOPs and operational workflows - you enjoy bringing structure to ambiguity.
• Flexible & Reliable: Availability to work West Coast business hours (Pacific Time); flexibility is key.
