Kinney is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects from startup through closeout. This position is responsible for jobsite leadership, safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and successful project execution.

Responsibilities
- Lead all field operations from project startup through closeout
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, logistics, and daily jobsite activities
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and project closeout activities
- Monitor project quality and compliance with plans and specifications
- Conduct safety meetings and jobsite inspections
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Trade Partners
- Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and progress tracking
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
- Mentor Project Engineers, Assistant Superintendents, and field personnel
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Experience managing projects from ground-up through completion
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, sequencing, and field operations
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
Preferred
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Procore experience
- Bluebeam experience
- Public Works or Commercial Construction experience

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
