Duties

• Manage social media platforms to enhance athlete visibility and engagement through strategic content creation and marketing campaigns
• Negotiate contracts, endorsement deals, and sponsorship agreements that maximize value for clients
• Oversee talent management activities, including career planning, branding, and public relations strategies
• Lead talent acquisition efforts by recruiting promising athletes and identifying emerging talent in various sports disciplines
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans to promote athletes’ personal brands and professional achievements
• Handle agency management tasks such as client onboarding, contract administration, and compliance monitoring
• Coordinate sales efforts by identifying partnership opportunities and securing lucrative deals for clients

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, social media marketing, or digital branding within the sports or entertainment industry
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing favorable deals and agreements
• Knowledge of talent management practices, including career development and public relations
• Experience in agency management or talent acquisition processes is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with contracts, marketing strategies, sales techniques, and recruiting methods relevant to sports professionals
