The Job You Will Perform:

• Ensures compliance with all safety and quality policies, procedures and standards
• Set-up and mounting of Flexo plates
• Quality control in the negatives, raw materials, printing plates, mounting tape, and cylinders
• Optical Mounting, proofing, Quality Control, sewing, and shipping
• Operates and maintains processing equipment and computers; and forklift, as needed.
• Review and understand order instructions and any other necessary paperwork to ensure fully what is required to produce a quality product.
• Complete daily housekeeping in order to maintain a safe and clean environment / Perform weekly audits as scheduled.
• Able to lift and/or move up to 70lbs
All other duties as assigned

The Skills You Will Bring:

• Exceptional focus on safety and quality as well as, participation in required training.
• Experience manufacturing Print Plates is desirable but not required.
• Experience in graphic arts field is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail including specifications, data tracking and machine profile requirements
• Shift work and overtime required.
• Strong mathematical, mechanical, perceptual and visualization skills
• Must have computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
• Must be able to lift and/or move 60lbs and occasionally move up to 70lbs.
• Positive attitude and a desire to produce quality work as part of a team
• Experience in the corrugated industry is a plus
