PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: THIS IS A PHYSICALLY DEMANDING FIELD ROLE!
This is not a desk job. Every day you will be performing heavy manual labor work outdoors in all weather conditions: rain, heat, cold, and everything in between. You will regularly lift and carry up to 75 pounds, climb utility poles and ladders, and operate a bucket truck at heights of up to 40 feet above the ground. This work is physically intense, mentally demanding, and requires total focus on safety at all times. If this sounds like the challenge you are looking for, we want to hear from you.

MANDATORY TWO-WEEK PAID TRAINING PROGRAM
All new hires must complete a mandatory, two-week paid training program before entering the field independently:
- Week 1: Training facility in West Berlin, NJ
- Week 2: Training facility in Trainer, PA
Full attendance at both locations for the entire duration of each week is required. You must be able to travel to and remain at each location for your assigned training week. Lodging assistance may be available for candidates who qualify. Our training program is structured, fast-paced, and safety-driven. Instructors hold an exceptionally high standard because the work involves operating heavy equipment, working at heights up to 40 feet, and handling live cable infrastructure. This demands precision, focus, and a zero-compromise approach to safety. Come prepared to be held accountable and to learn quickly.
