We are seeking a highly skilled Drywall Hanger & Finisher with strong experience in both installation and taping. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can work independently, maintain high production standards, and deliver clean, paint-ready finishes across residential and light commercial projects.

What We’re Looking For

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who:

• Can hang, tape, and finish drywall at a professional level without supervision
• Takes pride in clean work, efficiency, and consistency
• Understands how to blend repairs seamlessly into existing surfaces
• Is comfortable working in occupied homes and communicating with clients

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and hang drywall efficiently (walls & ceilings)
• Install backing, perform light framing, and ensure proper board layout
• Tape, mud, and finish to a Level 4/Level 5 standard when required
• Sand and prep surfaces for a paint-ready finish
• Perform high-quality drywall repairs and texture matching
• Pick up and deliver materials to multiple job sites daily
• Load/unload tools and maintain clean, organized jobsites
• Manage workflow across multiple jobs in a day
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency is required to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and vendors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional drywall hanging and finishing experience (required)
• Proven ability to produce consistent, high-quality finishes at speed
• Strong knowledge of taping systems, compounds, and finishing techniques
• Experience with hand tools and power tools (knives, sanders, drills, etc.)
• Basic framing knowledge (metal/wood studs, layout, backing)
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in the field
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Must own a reliable work truck or van (required)
• Comfortable traveling between multiple job sites daily
• Able to lift 75 lbs and work on feet throughout the day
• Weekend availability as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
