We are seeking a motivated and customer service - focused Technical Sales person to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with customers, and helping find practical solutions to technical challenges. The successful candidate will combine strong customer service and sales skills with mechanical aptitude to support customers and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product inquiries, technical questions, and sales opportunities.
• Work closely with customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting technical and mechanical issues.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on customer requests.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and other internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Manage projects and customer requests from initial inquiry through completion.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, technical sales, or a related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand technical products and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to see projects and customer issues through to completion.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software.
• Manufacturing or industrial equipment experience is a plus.
