As the Product Management Intern, you will assist Product Managers in overseeing the development of new product features. In this role, you will gain an understanding of the financial industry and become an expert on our proprietary fintech software. This role requires a strong ability to develop meaningful insights from analytical research, effectively communicate with technical and non-technical personnel, and support the execution of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with new feature development from conception to launch.
• Arrange and attend stakeholder meetings and ensure feedback is responded to within agreed timescales.
• Test new product launches prior to release.
• Demo products to internal teams and prospective clients.
• Assist to monitor and analyze support escalations for feedback and bug-related trends.
• Conduct competitor research.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and analytical skills
• Effective communicator and listener
• Detail-oriented and organized
