We are seeking a devoted Construction Project Manager/ Estimator to manage multiple projects, including new construction and renovations for commercial projects. . This role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of Architectural and Engineering Documents
• Communicate with management via daily report
• Coordinate/supervise submittal process to Architects/Designers/Engineers
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budget limitations
• Manage, supervise and be responsible for all project costs and participate in project accounting updates, approvals and processes
• Coordinate subcontractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
• Supervise the project and provide guidance to the team when needed
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

Qualifications:

• 5+ years Experience Minimum required in Public & City/Government Projects & Bidding
• B.S. in civil engineering major or construction related field
• Experience with Drawing, development of Architectural Plans, Elevations, and Details
• -Time Management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Proficient in Take-off and Estimating breakdowns
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe
• Experience doing field surveys and as-built drawings Experience with code research and product research

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Public & City/Government Projects & Bidding
• Construction Experience: 5 years (Minimum)
• 5+ years Experience Minimum required in Public & City/Government Projects
• Project Management: 5 years (Minimum)
• Experience with Government/City Construction Contracts
