Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Project Engineering Management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll shape the future of rail signaling by ensuring the successful deployment and integration of advanced solutions like Communications-Based Train Control (CBTC). Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Design, Verification & Validation, and Project Management), lead technical risk management and scope evolution, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
Manage the technical contractual scope of the project:
Manage the project solution, including the customization and specific configuration of the generic solution to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance (QCDP) commitments:
Functionally lead the project engineering team:
Manage the interface with the project core team:

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a scientific subject.
Experience or understanding of Project Engineering Management principles, including technical leadership, scope management, risk management, and requirements management.
Knowledge of signaling solutions, particularly Communications-Based Train Control (CBTC) systems.
Familiarity with configuration control, change management, and system deployment processes.
A certification or communication skill: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience in customer relationship management in contractual situations.
Cost and planning control experience in engineering scope.
Functional or hierarchical team management experience.
Knowledge of engineering product development full lifecycle.
Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in engineering projects.
