Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual (Chinese/English) Technical Project Manager / Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery and post-deployment phases. This role combines project coordination, client relationship management, and commercial growth responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly communicative, and capable of translating technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project implementation and delivery
- Manage day-to-day client communication, respond to inquiries, and maintain strong long-term relationships
- Coordinate internal teams and track project progress to ensure timely and successful deployment
- Explain system operations, robot workflows, and basic troubleshooting in a clear and accessible way to clients
- Identify upsell opportunities during and after deployment, with a focus on securing annual maintenance and service contracts
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and improve service quality
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering or technical background is a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and project coordination skills are essential
- Proven customer-facing experience with a strong service mindset
- Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and drive customer retention or expansion
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written), with strong business communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as required for client projects
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience in industrial automation, robotics, warehouse/logistics, or IT services
- Basic understanding of robotics concepts such as SLAM, navigation, or automation workflows
- Experience managing technical projects or working in a customer success role

Pay: $63,312.07 - $96,246.79 per year
