‒ Keys in / maintains sales orders
‒ Initiate the request to set up new customers.
‒ Quotes parts for customers
‒ Invoice customers as soon as parts leave
‒ Follow ups with customer on past due invoices
‒ Helps resolve any customer shipping inquiries.
‒ Partner with production team to ensure parts are on track
‒ Meets with customers via phone call to discuss Open orders
‒ Assist with clearing customer invoices
‒ Partners with relevant teams (quality, engineering) per customer requests on new projects/prototpyes for engineering and FAI status, rejection processing, or quality documents for quality
‒ Create Project Schedules, coordinate meetings, and define project Scope
‒ Track Project Progress, monitor budget, identify risks or delays.
‒ Create, review, and maintain project reports, meeting minutes and documentation
‒ Act as main point of contact for projects, ensuring team members have necessary resources.
‒ Address day to day operational issues and providing updates to team
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
