DISCLOSURE:
Let's Grow COO / AcquisitionReps.com has been hired by one of the industry leaders in the real estate investment space.
ABOUT US:
AcquisitionReps.com (a division of Let's Grow COO) helps real estate investors hire revenue-producing sales representatives and recruiters. We don’t send resumes. We place “A player” closers.
Our clients rely on us to recruit sales reps and recruiters that can handle pressure, follow processes, and convert leads. We use structured interviews, scorecards, and behavioral data to make clean go/no-go hiring calls.
This is a high-accountability environment. Results matter. Ownership matters.
If you’re sharp, dependable, and thrive in fast-moving environments, you’ll fit right in. Our clients value humility, extreme ownership, having a positive attitude, being a team player, integrity, clear communication, and high standards—and working with people who take pride in what they do.
JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a high-performance Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to help scale hiring across a dynamic and fast-growing portfolio of companies. This is not a traditional HR role — they are looking for a driven, results-oriented recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to identify, attract, and close top talent.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in building high-performing teams across multiple business units, shaping our clients' teams and driving their growth.
