Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in the hospitality industry. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while providing accurate information regarding room availability and hotel services.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, including billing information and special requests.
• Assist with reservations via phone, email, or in-person while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance guests' stay.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for both guests and staff.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel management or as a Front Desk Agent is preferred but not required.
• Strong background in customer service or guest relations within the hospitality industry is essential.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with guests.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to remain calm under pressure is highly valued.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
