Title: Exterior Cleaning Technician

Type: Full-Time Compensation: $20-$35+/hour (based on performance)

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Fridays required during Peak Season (April, May, October & November)
• Occasional schedule adjustments may be necessary based on workload, weather, and job efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Pass a background check
• Ability to lift over 50lbs
• Ability to work in temperatures between 25°F and 100°F
• Ability to efficiently direct others on the team
• Efficient use of time and resources

Responsibilities:

• Perform exterior cleaning tasks, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and Christmas Light Installation to ensure high-quality results.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete cleaning assignments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
