We practice within an assent-based, child-centered ABA model and provide the training, mentorship, and clinical oversight needed to succeed—without requiring a fixed or full-time schedule.

What working part-time in home & community services looks like

As a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in natural environments under BCBA supervision. You'll support skill development and behavior goals while working a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

This role is ideal for individuals balancing school, caregiving responsibilities, or other professional commitments.

We offer $250 external referral bonuses for Behavior Technician referrals.
If your referral is hired and employed with us for 90 days, you get paid.
