We are seeking to fill the following positions due to the high demand for our excellent services at Specialized Therapy. • Program Director who is licensed in NJ as an LCSW, LPC, PhD, PsyD to be head of our group therapy program supporting others seeking to develop and deliver group services. We are also seeking an addictions specialist. and we are seeking a group therapy specialist to oversee the team and provide services within these specialties. If you have eating disorders specialty please specify on your application.
• Clinical Support Coordinator is a fully licensed professional who can provide guidance to staff therapists within a specialty that they practice or are certified to practice. licensed psychologists who practice therapy and do testing are eligible higher salary negotiations and bonuses.
• Full time LCSW, LPC, Phd, PsyD, LMFT Clinical Support Coordinator to work either fully remote or hybrid to provide oversight to our staff of remote clinicians.
• Full time LCSW, LPC, Phd, PsyD, LMFT to work as a Staff Therapist.
• Full time LSWs or LACs who are seeking to accumulate their hours for LCSW or LPC under great leadership.
• We are seeking primarily NJ licensed as well as NY licensed clinicians in combination with NJ.

In addition we are seeking a licensed NJ Psychologist to conduct psychological testing and diagnostic evaluation for our population of children, adolescents and adults.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health concerns
- Provide supervision services to a team of clinicians if applying for the Assistant Director role
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and inform treatment decisions
- Stay up-to-date with clinical research and incorporate new findings into practice
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Utilize coding systems for accurate documentation and billing purposes
- Incorporate alternative therapies such as nutrition, acupuncture, exercise etc..with the team to promote both mind and body health.

Perform psychological testing for the range of ages from child to adult as a licensed psychologist and may apply for full time, part time or fee for services depending on your personal preference.

Most appointments are in the afternoon and some evenings. The job requires scheduling flexibility to accommodate the demands of the schedule. Working with higher functioning population seeking appointments after school and after requires that you are able to devote a minimum of three evenings per week and or weekend hours.
