Position Summary: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for contacting inbound leads, qualifying prospects financially and strategically, identifying their primary financial motivations, and scheduling qualified strategy calls with Infinite Banking Practitioners. This role is critical to driving the sales pipeline by ensuring practitioners spend their time with highly qualified prospects. The SDR must communicate clearly, think quickly on their feet, and operate with discipline while maintaining high daily activity levels. Success in this role is measured by the quality and quantity of qualified strategy calls scheduled.

Performance Objectives
- Contact inbound leads quickly and professionally to maximize speed-to-lead and engagement rates.
- Conduct qualification calls to determine whether prospects meet Infinite Capital’s financial criteria, including income level, liquidity, and wealth-building activities.
- Schedule qualified prospects for strategy calls with Infinite Banking Practitioners using the company’s calendar system.
- Maintain a consistent outbound calling cadence to maximize pipeline opportunities.
- Follow the company’s multi-touch follow-up and nurture sequence to increase appointment show rates.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all prospect interactions within the CRM and dialer systems.
- Collaborate closely with the assigned Sales Manager and pod team to ensure proper handoff of qualified prospects.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily appointment targets.
- Contribute to achieving team production goals that support monthly premium targets.
- Participate actively in daily pre-game huddles, sales training sessions, and post-game performance reviews.
- Continuously improve call performance through coaching, call reviews, and skill development.
- Performs other related tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, customer service, or phone-based roles is beneficial but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
- Candidates must obtain a Life and Health Insurance License (2-15 license in Florida or equivalent in applicable states) within the required onboarding period.
- Experience working with CRM systems, dialers, or inside sales environments is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- This position is performed primarily in an office environment and requires extended periods of sitting while making phone calls and working on a computer.
- The role involves frequent use of a laptop, headset, and CRM software to manage calls and prospect data.
- Employees should expect consistent phone activity throughout the day, requiring sustained vocal communication, concentration, and mental focus.
- Professional business attire and proper hygiene are expected when interacting with colleagues and clients in the office environment.
