We are seeking a Bra Fitter & Boutique Associate who is personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. This role combines expert fitting services, boutique sales, and event support. The right candidate will create meaningful experiences for clients while upholding our values of professionalism, warmth, and respect.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized bra fitting services with knowledge, care, and sensitivity.

• Assist customers in selecting lingerie, loungewear, and wellness items that meet their needs.

• Educate clients on fit, comfort, and product care.

• Maintain a welcoming and professional boutique environment.

• Support private shopping parties and events, including set-up, hosting, and styling.

• Achieve sales goals through excellent service and thoughtful recommendations.

• Keep boutique displays organized and visually appealing.

• Handle transactions with accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, boutique, or lingerie fitting experience preferred (training available).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Comfortable assisting clients in an intimate, professional setting.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends for events.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented.
