The Opportunity
This is a pure sales role. Your job is to find homeowners in Anoka County who want a reliable, recurring cleaning service — and close them. You work your own territory, set your own schedule, and earn based entirely on what you produce.
There is no salary, no draw, and no ceiling. If you’re the kind of person who performs better when your income is directly tied to your effort, this was built for you.
What You’ll Do
- Generate leads through neighborhood canvassing, referrals, local networking, and community outreach
- Conduct in-person and phone consultations to close new recurring residential cleaning clients
- Represent 10,000 Cleans professionally — you are the first impression for every client you bring in
- Hand off closed clients to operations with complete booking and access information
- Track your own pipeline and report closed clients promptly so commissions are processed on time
What We’re Looking For
- A proven closer — sales, canvassing, door-to-door, or relationship-based experience strongly preferred
- Highly self-motivated; you manage your own time and don’t need daily check-ins to stay on task
- Professional and trustworthy — you are representing us in people’s homes and neighborhoods
- Reliable transportation and a valid Minnesota driver’s license
- Strong communicator in person, by phone, and by text
- Comfortable working independently in the field without a manager present
Logistics
- Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Territory: Anoka County — Coon Rapids, Blaine, Fridley, Anoka, Ham Lake and surrounding areas
- Schedule: Fully flexible — you control your own hours
- Start: Immediate upon agreement execution
- Agreement: Contractor Agreement and Compensation Plan required before start
