About the Role:

Join JJ Entertainment as a Fiesta Booth Operator & Sales Associate, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in event operations, sales, and marketing while making money. This is an ideal opportunity for Rutgers undergrad students looking to build business skills in a fun, high-energy industry!

This role allows you to maximize earnings in two ways:

✔️ Flat Fee per event for operating the Fiesta Booth

✔️ Commission on sales for booking new clients

Responsibilities:

Event Operations

• Transport, set up, and operate the Fiesta Photo Booth at events.

• Assist guests with taking photos, sharing on social media, and ensuring a great experience.

• Troubleshoot minor technical issues if needed.

• Maintain booth cleanliness and ensure proper handling of equipment.

Sales & Marketing

• Identify and reach out to potential clients (bars, nightclubs, schools, corporate events, weddings).

• Pitch & sell Fiesta Booth packages to event planners, business owners, and venues.

• Build a lead pipeline through networking, cold messaging, and social media outreach.

• Collaborate with our team to promote the Fiesta Booth online and drive bookings.

Business Growth & Development

• Learn & apply sales techniques to close deals and increase bookings.

• Manage client follow-ups and maintain relationships to generate repeat business.

• Work closely with the team to analyze marketing efforts & optimize strategies.

✅ Qualifications:

✔️ Rutgers University undergraduate student (preferably studying Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields).

✔️ Must have a vehicle to transport the Fiesta Booth to events.

✔️ Outgoing, comfortable talking to people, and able to sell & market effectively.

✔️ Strong interest in sales, marketing, event planning, and social media.

✔️ Self-motivated & driven – excited to make commissions on top of event fees.

✔️ Reliable & professional – can commit to event schedules & responsibilities.

✔️ Basic experience with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok marketing (preferred but not required).

✔️ No experience? No problem! We provide training for the right candidate.

Compensation & Perks:

Flat fee per event for operating the booth.
