About the Role

As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be the front‑line contact for HVAC contractors and technicians. This role blends customer service, HVAC parts knowledge, and order accuracy in a fast‑paced wholesale environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist HVAC contractors with parts, equipment, and supplies at the counter
• Identify correct HVAC/R components using part numbers and schematics
• Recommend solutions and troubleshoot customer needs
• Process sales orders accurately using POS systems
• Coordinate order fulfillment and communicate lead times
• Build strong relationships through dependable, high‑quality service
