Executive Director – Assisted Living & Memory Care
Walton Place Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our 125-bed senior living community.
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and occupancy growth of the community. The ideal candidate is an experienced servant leader who combines strong operational discipline with a passion for senior care and team development.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, sound business judgment, and a proven ability to maintain high resident satisfaction while achieving financial and operational goals.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Florida Assisted Living Facility Administrator Core Training Certification
- Minimum three (3) years of Executive Director/Administrator experience in an Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living Community
- Demonstrated experience managing communities with 75 or more residents
- Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams and managing daily operations
- Strong knowledge of Florida AHCA regulations, survey processes, and compliance requirements
- Experience managing budgets, labor costs, occupancy, and overall financial performance
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and electronic resident management systems
- Must successfully pass a Level 2 Background Screening
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Long-Term Care Administration, or a related field
- LPN or RN licensure
- Experience managing communities exceeding 100 residents
- Assisted Living and Memory Care experience
- Sales and marketing experience with a demonstrated ability to increase occupancy
- Experience leading AHCA surveys with successful outcomes
- Hospitality, customer service, or luxury senior living experience
- Experience developing and mentoring department heads and future leaders
- Strong network of healthcare, referral, and community relationships
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Thorough understanding of Assisted Living and Memory Care operations
- Knowledge of resident rights, quality assurance, risk management, and life safety requirements
- Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and census management
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, vendors, and community partners
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure while maintaining professionalism and compassion
- Commitment to delivering exceptional resident care and customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
