A growing national services and distribution company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Leader to oversee logistics, service delivery, customer support, vendor management, and operational execution across a geographically dispersed customer base.
This position reports directly to the CEO and offers significant opportunity for growth and expanded leadership responsibility as the organization continues to evolve.

Data and Customer Solutions
This is not a software development or information technology role. However, the successful candidate must understand the critical role operational data plays in customer success.
Candidates should be comfortable working with operational reporting, dashboards, business intelligence tools, and performance metrics. The ability to understand how customers use information to manage assets, resources, spending, utilization, and overall performance is essential.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams, understand customer requirements, and help ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and actionable information.
Work Environment
This is an in-office leadership position and is not a remote role.
Success in this position requires regular interaction with operational teams, department leaders, customers, and executive leadership. Candidates should expect to be actively engaged in the day-to-day business and available for in-person collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making.
In addition to responsibilities at the company's primary office, the successful candidate will maintain regular engagement with a remote operating facility and should expect routine visits as needed to remain connected to operations, personnel, and business performance.
Travel is limited and generally consists of short-duration business trips.
