Description:
We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to support a large-scale Epic EMR initiative within a leading healthcare organization. These roles will focus on Epic system implementations, upgrades, and migrations across multiple functional areas.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for Epic-related initiatives (implementation, upgrade, or migration)
Manage project timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
Drive cross-functional coordination across clinical, technical, and operational teams
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, reporting, and executive communication
Support go-live planning, execution, and command center activities
Ensure accountability and delivery across multiple workstreams
Required Skills:
7–10+ years of project management experience in Healthcare IT
Hands-on experience with Epic EMR implementations or migrations
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Experience with one or more Epic modules:
Clinical
Revenue Cycle (Rev Cycle)

Preferred Qualifications:
