Radiant is a fast-growing small business delivering digital services and technology solutions for public sector clients. We help federal agencies modernize systems, improve mission delivery, and execute complex IT initiatives with discipline, transparency, and accountability.
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead IT delivery for a federal client. This is a high-visibility role for an experienced project leader who can manage execution, build trusted client relationships, guide Agile teams, and keep complex work moving forward.

Experience: 8+ years in IT project management
Clearance/Suitability: Must be eligible to pass a federal Public Trust background investigation

You will work closely with client stakeholders, technical teams, Scrum teams, cloud engineers, security teams, operations partners, and Radiant leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable leading client conversations, managing delivery details, removing blockers, and translating technical progress into clear business-focused updates.
