Responsibilities

• Lead daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse distribution activities to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock management.
• Supervise warehouse staff in picking, packing, stocking, and loading/unloading shipments using equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
• Oversee the proper use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 for inventory tracking, order processing, and reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate order picking and packing for both retail and e-commerce channels.
• Manage stock levels through regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly to maintain optimal inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all warehouse operations and conduct routine inspections of equipment like forklifts and reach trucks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflow efficiencies and implementing best practices for shipping & receiving processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, stocking, and inventory management.
• Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems), RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar ERP software for inventory control.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order quantities, measurements, weights, and inventory counts.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and order processing.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $10.00 - $14.50 per hour
