As a Supplier Quality Warranty Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of data analytics, engineering, and supplier quality—helping identify high-impact issues and enabling faster, smarter decision-making. What’s the Job?

• Analyze warranty data trends to identify high-impact issues and performance gaps
• Support Time to Fix (TTF) initiatives and prioritize critical cases for resolution
• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel and PowerPoint to track key performance metrics
• Perform deep-dive data analysis and data mining to uncover root causes
• Collaborate with supplier quality engineers, manufacturing teams, and engineering groups
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reporting tools
• Support leadership reporting with actionable insights and performance updates

✅ What’s Needed?

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, warranty analysis, or similar analytical roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables required)
• Experience with data analytics, data mining, and reporting tools
• Familiarity with systems such as SQL, Palantir, Quantic, or similar platforms
• Background in automotive, manufacturing, or supplier quality environments is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• High level of responsiveness, accountability, and attention to detail
