We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build, and enhance scalable Salesforce solutions that support business operations and client initiatives. This role is part of a collaborative Agile development team focused on delivering high-quality Salesforce applications and integrations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and modern Salesforce development practices. You will play a key role in optimizing the Salesforce experience for end-users, ensuring the platform aligns with organizational goals. You will work closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and Salesforce Administrators to deliver innovative technical solutions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Salary range: $100,000-$120,000 annually

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools.
• Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, QA, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate fully within an Agile Scrum development team, including:
• Sprint planning
• Daily standups
• Estimation
• Code reviews
• Retrospectives
• Maintain and Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
• Uphold data integrity with imports, deduplication, and quality assurance best practices when required.
• Document configurations, system changes, and technical procedures for reference and compliance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define system architecture and integration patterns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce APIs
• Flow
• Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with Git-based source control and CI/CD deployment practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
• Experience with:
• Service Cloud
• Experience Cloud
• DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins
• Enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
• Experience working in regulated or process-driven industries.
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture or middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
