What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll combine your real-world insurance experience with training and content creation:

• Lead the development of training programs focused on agent performance, sales, and agency growth
• Create engaging video content, training materials, and structured learning paths
• Serve as an on-camera educator for training modules and content series
• Host and facilitate live and recorded webinars
• Interview top-performing agents and industry leaders
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and production teams to deliver high-impact content
• Continuously improve training based on performance data, feedback, and industry trends

This Role Is Ideal For

• A top-performing insurance agent ready to transition out of day-to-day sales
• An agency manager or team lead who enjoys coaching and developing others
• An experienced trainer or coach in the insurance space looking to expand into content and media

What You Bring

• P&C insurance experience
• Experience with Exclusive Agency strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of agency operations, sales, and growth strategies
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring agents
• Comfortable speaking on camera and leading presentations or webinars
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience working with top-performing agents or agency owners
• Background in content creation, video, or online education
• Familiarity with LMS platforms or digital training tools
