Why Home Instead
We are a locally owned, professionally operated home care company and part of the globally recognized Home Instead network, an Honor company. While we benefit from the strength of a trusted national brand, our roots are firmly planted in the South Denver, Colorado Springs, and mountain communities we serve.
- Build a market from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to establish and grow our presence in Northern Colorado Springs and, one day, the South Denver and mountain territories. The relationships you cultivate and the partnerships you develop will directly shape the success of the territory, creating significant long-term growth potential.
- Direct access to leadership. As a locally owned business, you’ll work closely with engaged owner-operators who are actively involved in the company’s growth and success. Decisions are made quickly, collaboration is encouraged, and your voice matters.
- A broader care continuum. Our Colorado Class A Home Health License and VA authorization allow us to offer a more comprehensive range of services than many traditional home care agencies, creating meaningful value for referral partners and the families we serve.
- Skilled nursing capabilities. Unlike many agencies that provide only companion and personal care services, we offer skilled nursing support — an important differentiator that strengthens our position in the marketplace.
- Strong operational support. Our experienced operations team manages day-to-day service delivery, allowing you to focus on relationship building, community engagement, and business development with confidence that referrals will be well supported.
- The power of a trusted brand. Home Instead is one of the most recognized and respected names in home care. You’ll enter referral conversations with the credibility, reputation, and resources of an industry leader behind you.
